It is with deep sorrow that we share the sad news of Stella’s sudden passing on Friday night, January 23, 2026, at her home due to a stroke.

Stella was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and a respected CPAD parent leader and board member. From the founding of our organization, she demonstrated extraordinary dedication, compassion, and selflessness in service to CPAD families. Through every challenge, Stella gave tirelessly of herself—to CPAD, to the broader community, and most of all to her beloved children and husband.

Her passing leaves a deep and lasting void within our organization and the community we serve. Stella was not only a cherished friend, but also a steadfast advocate for Chinese American families with special needs. Her commitment and leadership helped shape CPAD and touched countless lives.

As Stella rests in peace, her legacy as a devoted mother, trusted leader, and tireless advocate will continue to inspire and guide us.
