The Chinese Parents Association for the Disabled (CPAD) is a grassroots nonprofit organization founded in 1990. CPAD is dedicated to provide culturally and linguistically relevant services to empower Chinese American families with special needs individuals, and to improve the quality of life for these individuals in the Greater Los Angeles.
